Juba is another very kind bitch and very friendly and loving, she's pretty unremarkable around the kennels. She can also be rather hormonal, as is her sister! Generally you hardly notice her as she just gets on with her own thing. She lives with Jula and Litler who she absolutely adores. Juba usually runs lead with her sister Jula but she also runs quite happily in the team or in wheel position, being slightly larger built she is a great wheel dog for us.

Juba led our team to victory at Aviemore and we are so proud of her. She managed to nick a couple of pads on her first run and we worked relentlessly when we got home to ensure that she was fit to run on the second day, the first time we have ever booted her and she didn't even notice the boots!!!! We changed her side second day and she excelled, so now we know she can run either side and still work really well in lead.

Juba is an exceptional girl a few years back she sustained an injury to her right eye, which has led to total blindness in the eye. We had to take the decision in October 2010 to have her eye removed, she is just such a great girl that this has hardly made any difference to her and she was back out training the day after her stitches were removed!
